Here is a short list of what we can make

It can take as long as a month, or be as quick as a couple of days. Our business depends on you so we will get it done when you need it. Keep in mind the more time you can give us the better. We never know what challenges we will encounter so don't wait until the last minute to get started. If you plan on giving or using a piece on a certain date, have us complete it early and we can keep it in our safe until you need it.
We listen to you, figure out what your ideas are and what you want to make. Sometimes it is necessary for us to do drawings or patterns in wax or metal. After you approve the design and pattern we can have the piece completed in about a week. Start to finish most jewelry items are completed in three weeks.
We work in Platinum, White and Yellow Gold of all karats, Palladium and Sterling Silver. We cannot (yet) mill titanium, stainless steel or carbide. Many of our customers choose to combine metals such as a white gold ring with a platinum prong or by choosing two different color of metals to make a two tone ring. Please feel free to inquire about any metal choice you are interested in and we will try to accommodate.
Our end goal is to make sure you are happy! If you don't like what we make we will redo it. Remember this, if you are happy with what we make then you will tell your friends. If we custom make a piece and have to redo it (with a smile) you're twice as likely to tell your friends. So we treat this as extreme customer service and make it our job to do everything to make you happy with your jewelry purchase.
