Shipping & Handling Information
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise upgraded at check-out. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery of your order once it has shipped. Please note that all orders shipped via First Class Mail (Free Shipping) will not have a tracking number.
USPS Priority Mail orders typically take 2-3 business days for delivery once the order has shipped. USPS Priority Mail delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary. You will recieve a tracking number for your Priority Mail shipment.
USPS Express Mail shipping offers guaranteed delivery in 1 or 2 business days based upon delivery location. You will receive a tracking number for your Express Mail shipment once it has been shipped. A signature will be required at the time of delivery for all Express Mail shipments of merchandise totaling $200 or more.
Orders shipped via FedEx 2Day, guaranteed delivery in 2 business days, and FedEx Overnight , guaranteed delivery by next business day, will receive a tracking number once the order has shipped. Delivery guarantees are subject to exceptions due to adverse weather conditions as determined by FedEx. FedEx does not deliver to PO boxes.
*When shipping to college campuses, please consult your university's requirements for incoming mail prior to ordering as some campuses require specific addressing, do not deliver FedEx, etc.
FedEx business days are MONDAY-FRIDAY, excluding holidays.
USPS business days are MONDAY-SATURDAY, excluding holidays.
We DO NOT ship internationally.
Repair Shipping Policy:
Due to insurance requirements, all Miner's Den repair jobs wishing to be shipped after completion will be sent via USPS Express Mail and are subject to a $25 shipping and handling fee. Customers wishing to waive this charge, thus forfeiting insurance on your package during transit, must sign a waiver prior to shipping. If you wish to waive insurance on your shipment, the Miner's Den is not responsible for any and all losses incurred as a result of lost or stolen packages via a third party carrier.
Please note that all repair jobs that sign this waiver are still subject to our standard $5 shipping and handling fee. Customer's may receive a tracking number for their shipment once it has shipped by providing a valid email address beforehand. All insured repair job shipments will require a signature at the time of delivery.
